What the program is
The AiPraktor Partner Program is for people who already serve businesses — page managers, agencies, web designers, consultants, trainers — and want to introduce their own clients to AiPraktor. “You” means the partner; “we” means AiPraktor, reachable at support@aipraktor.com.
You introduce. We do everything else: the client’s setup, training, support and billing are ours, and the client’s agreement is with us under our Terms of Service. Being a partner does not make you our employee, agent or representative, and you may not sign anything or accept anything in our name.
Joining
- You apply on aipraktor.com/partners. We may approve or decline an application, and need not say why.
- Once approved you choose a password on the link we email you, and sign in at aipraktor.com/partner.
- Your sign-in is yours alone. Do not share it; tell us at once at support@aipraktor.com if you think someone else has it.
Who counts as your referral
A business is your referral only when ALL of these hold:
- you invited it from your partner page, to one email address;
- it created its AiPraktor account from that invitation, with that exact address, while the invitation was still open;
- it was not already known to us — it had not signed up before, was not on our waiting list, and does not use your own phone number or address.
An address that another partner invited first belongs to that invitation while it is open. A business is the referral of one partner only. We decide from our records whether a business counts; if you think we got it wrong, write to us and we will look again.
What you earn, and when
- You earn a percentage of our service charge on each top-up your referral makes — never a percentage of the top-up itself. The rate and how long it lasts (an end date, or for as long as the business stays with us) are shown on your partner page.
- A top-up earns only once its money has reached us and we have confirmed it. If it turns out the money never arrived, its commission is removed — or, if it was already paid to you, subtracted from your next payout.
- Nothing is earned on a top-up made after your deal’s end date, or while your partnership is suspended.
- We pay once a month by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to the account you give on your partner page, once what we owe you reaches the minimum shown there. You are responsible for any tax on what you receive.
- You see each client’s status and your own totals. You do not see what a client spends — that is the client’s business, not ours to share.
How the deal can change
We may change the rate or the length of a deal. A change that is better for you can take effect at once. A change that reduces what you earn — a lower rate, or an earlier end date — takes effect no sooner than 30 days after we email you, and applies only to top-ups made after it takes effect. What you earned before stays yours.
We may change these terms the same way; the date at the top of this page says when they last changed.
What you must never do
- Never take money from a client for AiPraktor, for setting it up, or for anything in our name. Clients pay us directly.
- Never promise a feature, a price, a result, a discount or a deadline on our behalf. Point the client to our website and our team.
- Invite only businesses you actually serve and have talked to. No bought lists, no messages to strangers, no spam.
- Never pretend to be AiPraktor, use our name or logo as if you were us, or create accounts for clients yourself.
- Never invite your own business, or use someone else’s details, to earn a commission.
Suspension and ending
If you break §6, or we have good reason to think you have, we may suspend your partnership at once: from that moment you cannot invite anyone and nothing more is earned. Commission earned honestly before then is still paid. Commission obtained by breaking these terms is not paid, and may be recovered.
You may stop being a partner at any time by writing to support@aipraktor.com. We pay what is owed at the next monthly payout.
Your data and your clients’ data
We keep what you give us when you apply and what your partner page records (your invitations, your clients’ statuses, your payouts) to run the program, under our privacy policy. The email address you invite is used to send that one invitation and at most one reminder. Invite only people who expect to hear from us.
